WHAT IS RADEGAST HALL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PATRONS?

Radegast Hall is dedicated to creating a safe environment for both our patrons and our staff. In compliance with all Center for Disease Control and the New York City Department of Health guidelines we ask our guests to respect the following safety precautions:

– Please wait to be seated
– As per Executive Order 202.52, each guest must purchase food with their drink
– Dining experiences will be capped at one and a half hours (1 1/2 hrs)
– No more than ten (10) guests per table.
– All guests must remained seated for the duration of their stay.
– Although not required to wear a mask while seating our guests are more than welcome to do so.
– Any time a guest needs to use the restroom they must wear a mask.
– Please remain 6 feet from service staff & all other guests at all times.
– Up to two people per table can use the restroom at a time and please follow the walkways and server instructions.
– If you feel any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and call your doctor immediately.
– Guests are welcome to leave contact information for the purposes of tracing.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Radegast Hall welcomes reservations. Please reach out to us with the following information:
– Name
– Date
– Guest Count
– Phone Number

CAN I BRING IN A CAKE OR OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS?

Only cakes are permitted, and there is an associated $3 per person for it. All other outside food and beverages will be forfeit at the door.

CAN I BRING A LARGE GROUP?

Radegast excels at accommodating large groups. Please enjoy our large communal tables fit for parties of all sizes. If you’d like to make your event exclusive, please visit our private events page.

IS THERE TABLE SERVICE?

Yes, if you wish to sit at a table, please order from your server. If you wish to sit at the bar, please order from your bartender.

IS RADEGAST HALL PET FRIENDLY?

Pets of any kind are not permitted in Radegast Hall.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is ample street parking near our location and a parking garage across the street. We are not affiliated with the parking garage.

ARE STROLLERS WELCOME?

On everyday besides Saturday after 2 PM, yes, they are. We may ask you to fold it if it takes up too much space.

ARE MINORS WELCOME?

They are welcome anytime before nightfall, afterwards Radegast Hall becomes 21 and over and require necessary ID.

CAN I BRING BALLOONS?

All balloons will be tied up outside the venue.

CAN I BRING MY OWN LIQUOR?

We ask that you declare all liquor coming in. If the bottle is a gift, management will hold onto it until you leave the premises. Any liquor snuck in will be permanently forfeit.

WHAT ID'S ARE NEEDED FOR ENTRY?

Any physically present, government-issued drivers license or passport. NYC IDs are not accepted.

ARE BIKES WELCOME?

Bikes will have to be chained up outside and not on our building.

IS THERE A COVER FOR THE BANDS?

Radegast Hall does not ask for a cover, all we ask is that you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?

Absolutely, you are welcome to any vendor of choice. We have a small list of preferred entertainment we can suggest. We will require a certificate of insurance from some vendors.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR LIQUOR?

We are a full-service venue and don’t allow outside catering or alcohol. Radegast is able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and some religious restrictions.

WHEN CAN I SET UP?

You are welcome to come in 3 hours prior to the event to set up, and deliveries for your event can be made 24 hours prior to the event.

DO YOU SUPPLY ANY EQUIPMENT?

All vendors must bring all equipment needed. That includes: speakers, microphones, extension cords, etc. It is important to note that we do not have WIFI.

Radegast supplies catering essentials like silverware, plates, glassware and napkins at no additional charge.

CAN I HAVE MY CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT RADEGAST?

Yes, you are welcome to have both, there is no additional charge for the ceremony.

CAN WE HAVE CHILDREN AT THE EVENT?

Yes, private events have no age limit or curfew.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

There is ample street parking near our location and a parking garage across the street. We are not affiliated with the parking garage.

I SEE PACKAGES ARE ONLY FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS. CAN MY EVENT BE LONGER?

You are welcome to have your event last as many hours as you like – we base our packages on 2 to 3 hours.
