GENERAL

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Radegast Hall welcomes reservations for groups of twenty-five (25) or more. Please reach out to us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Preferred Time
  • Guest Count
  • Phone Number

Be advised! We seat full parties only and reservations are forfeit beyond their scheduled time.

Only cakes are permitted, and there is an associated $3 per person for it. All other outside food and beverages will be forfeit at the door.

Radegast excels at accommodating large groups. Please enjoy our large communal tables fit for parties of all sizes. If you’d like to make your event exclusive, please visit our private events page.

Yes, all tables are full-service

Pets of any kind are not permitted in Radegast Hall.

There is ample street parking near our location and a parking garage across the street. We are not affiliated with the parking garage.

On everyday besides Saturday after 2 PM, yes, they are. We may ask you to fold it if it takes up too much space.

Radegast is a family friendly establishment. Minors are welcome with a guardian everyday with the exception of Saturdays until 9pm. On Saturdays, minors are not permitted past 2 PM.

Please, no helium or floating balloons

No outside alcohol is permitted for consumption. Bottles as gifts must remain closed and in all original packaging. We may ask to store your gift bottles in our office during peak hours.

Any physically present, government-issued drivers license or passport. NYC IDs are not accepted.

Bikes will have to be chained up outside and not on our building.

No, there is no cover for entrance

PRIVATE EVENTS

CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?

Absolutely, you are welcome to any vendor of choice. We have a small list of preferred entertainment we can suggest. We will require a certificate of insurance from some vendors.

We are a full-service venue and don’t allow outside catering or alcohol. Radegast is able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and some religious restrictions.

You are welcome to come in 3 hours prior to the event to set up, and deliveries for your event can be made 24 hours prior to the event.

All vendors must bring all equipment needed. That includes: speakers, microphones, extension cords, etc. It is important to note that we do not have WIFI.

Radegast supplies catering essentials like silverware, plates, glassware and napkins at no additional charge.

Yes, you are welcome to have both, there is no additional charge for the ceremony.

Yes, private events have no age limit or curfew.

You are welcome to have your event last as many hours as you like – we base our packages on 2 to 3 hours.
